We are hiring for our Americas team, due to internal promotions. We are looking for a personable, passionate, and self-driven person to join our team as a Client Director (CD). This role will be integrated to help Big Sofa expand its presence in the Americas and drive forward revenue growth.
While some of our CD roles are a split of business development + client/deliverable work, this particular role will be much more focused on driving sales. Helpful, but not essential, would be experience with or knowledge of the QSR (quick serve restaurant) industry or/and retail space, as that is a large focus of ours in 2022.

Compensation & benefits: We offer 99% employer-paid healthcare, 25 days vacation standard, a 401k, and an understanding work life. Compensation is tied to experience, with an expected range of $80,000-100,000, plus a commission structure.
Locations: Big Sofa is a ~35 person company with the majority of people working out of London, UK. Our Americas team is growing in size, and we all work remotely. We’re open to hiring in the greater Philadelphia area; the Charlotte NC area; or remote.
